Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Print Shop Command Center LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("PSCC," "we," "us"), operates the software platform at printshopcommandcenter.com (the "Service"): storefronts, quoting and pricing, order management, and payment tools for print shops. These Terms are an agreement between PSCC and the business that registers an account (the "Shop," "you").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. The Service is for business use by persons 18 or older.
3. The Service
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features may be added, changed, or retired; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions. We aim for high availability but do not promise a specific uptime level.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Fees are billed monthly per your plan through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes on your subscription. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing period. Nonpayment may lead to suspension after notice. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Payments and Stripe Connect
To accept payments from your customers, you connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Each Shop sells as the merchant of record for its own storefront: payments from your customers are processed as direct charges on your connected Stripe account, and any platform fee we charge will be disclosed in your plan terms. Each Shop is responsible for the goods and services it sells. PSCC is a software provider, not a bank, money transmitter, or party to the sale between you and your customers.
6. Your content and your responsibilities
You own your product data, pricing, and artwork. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed in any artwork, logo, or design you upload or print, and that your products and listings are lawful. You are responsible for: your own terms and policies toward your customers (including refunds on printed goods), collecting and remitting taxes on your sales, and complying with laws that apply to your business. You will not upload content that is infringing, unlawful, or hateful.
7. Customer orders
Sales made through your storefront are contracts between you and your customer. We provide default storefront policy templates as a convenience; adopting or editing them is your choice and your responsibility. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Stripe and are your responsibility as the seller.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no infringing content, no abuse of other users or our staff, no attempts to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service, no scraping at disruptive volume, and no use that materially exceeds fair usage for your plan.
9. Intellectual property
PSCC owns the Service and everything in it other than your content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
10. Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. For personal data of your customers processed through your storefront, we act on your behalf and instructions. You can export your data; on termination we retain it for 30 days for export, then delete it in the ordinary course of operations.
11. Term, suspension, termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the platform, with notice where practicable.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods sold by Shops, including print outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSCC's total liability arising out of these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify PSCC against claims arising from your content (including artwork IP claims), your products, your storefront policies, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
Utah law governs. Venue: state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms with notice (email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
