Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Print Shop Command Center LLC ("PSCC," "we") operates printshopcommandcenter.com, a platform that gives print shops storefronts, pricing, order management, and payments. This policy covers data we handle when shops and their staff use the platform, and when end customers buy through a shop's storefront.

2. Two roles we play

• For shop accounts (the businesses that subscribe): we decide how account data is used — we are the controller.
• For end-customer data (people buying from a shop's storefront): we process it on the shop's behalf and instructions. Questions about a specific order or a shop's use of your data go to that shop first; we assist them.

3. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, business name and contact details, login records.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers go to Stripe directly; we do not store them.
• Order and storefront data: products, pricing, artwork files, orders, customer names and shipping/contact details entered at checkout.
• Usage data: device/browser info, pages viewed, and diagnostics.
• Support communications.

4. How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions and payments, support users, improve the product, meet legal obligations, and send service messages. We send marketing email only with consent and always with an unsubscribe.

5. Who we share with

Service providers who run parts of the platform under contract ("subprocessors"):

• Stripe — payments and payouts
• Vercel — application hosting
• Supabase — database infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI features such as artwork and drafting assistance

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data if the law requires it, or in a merger or sale of the business (with notice).

6. Retention

Account and order data are kept while the account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course. Shops that close an account get a 30-day export window.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted per-tenant at the database layer; access to production systems is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to support@printshopcommandcenter.com.

8. Your choices and rights

Email support@printshopcommandcenter.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data. If you are an end customer of a shop, we may route your request through that shop.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and note the effective date; material changes get email or in-product notice.
